Andres Pelenur is a founding member and Partner of Borders Law Firm. His practice is centered on all aspects of Canadian immigration law, with extensive experience representing large multi-nationals with intra-company transfers, NAFTA based permits, Labour Market Opinion applications and complicated matters relating to foreigners who are inadmissible to Canada. Mr. Pelenur represents clients before Citizenship and Immigration Canada, Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, Canadian consulates around the world, the Immigration Appeal Division, the Immigration and Refugee Board, and the Federal Court of Canada. He has published articles on immigration in various newspapers and magazines and is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese. Mr. Pelenur received a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association's Citizenship and Immigration Law Section.

Devika Penekelapati is a founding member and Partner of Borders Law Firm. She has extensive experience representing clients on all types of Canadian immigration matters before Citizenship and Immigration Canada, Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, Canadian consulates around the world, the Immigration Appeal Division, and the Federal Court of Canada. Ms. Penekelapati is known as an expert in successfully guiding applicants through complex humanitarian and compassionate grounds, family and economic class, temporary resident visa, and live-in caregiver applications, among many others. Her diverse cultural background and fluency in multiple South Asian languages (Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Urdu and Punjabi) has made her a sought after adviser within Toronto’s rich multicultural society. She has obtained law degrees from both McGill University and the University of Ottawa. Ms. Penekelapati is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association's Citizenship and Immigration Law Section, and the South Asian Bar Association.
