Andres Pelenur is a founding member and Partner of Borders Law Firm. His practice is centered on all aspects of corporate immigration law, including temporary work permits, executive and specialized knowledge intra-company transferees, multiple-entry visas, NAFTA based visas, HRSDC Employment Authorizations and Extensions of status. Mr. Pelenur also represents clients on certain U.S. Immigration matters, including L, TN, and B visas. Mr. Pelenur is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association's Citizenship and Immigration Law Section. He received a Bachelor of Arts in English from McGill University and a Juris Doctor (Bachelor of Laws) from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. Mr. Pelenur is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Devika Penekelapati is a founding member and Partner of Borders Law Firm. Her immigration practice is centered on assisting individuals with economic, family and business class permanent residence applications, humanitarian and compassionate applications, sponsorship, arranged employment, student visas, temporary work permits, refugee claims and appeals at the Immigration and Refugee Board and at the Federal Court level. Ms. Penekelapati is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association's Citizenship and Immigration Law Section. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Osmania University, India, an LL.B. from McGill University and an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law. In addition to English, Ms. Penekelapati is fluent in Hindi and Telugu and she possesses a working knowledge of Tamil and Punjabi.
